At Body Meets Balance, my mission is to empower women in mid-life to take control of their health and well-being through personalized health, Yoga & Fitness, coaching and guidance.
As a Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer , and Massage Therapist, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. I have over 30 years in the health and wellness field as a massage therapist and yoga instructor, turned coach and personal trainer. I live my life in a very holistic manner but am always looking for ways to get better, be better and do better.
It is a life long journey and not a destination.
My hope is for ALL women but especially those who are peri and/or post-menopausal live their best lives.
I believe it is very important for us to move our bodies as much as possible and for as long possible. We never really know when we may get hit with something that no longer allows us to do so. When we are in the best health possible, we are much more likely to recover better and faster.

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for 10. I work on incorporating yoga into my life on a daily basis. I am what is called an "alignment geek" and have a strong desire to make sure students never get hurt practicing yoga.
I have public classes listed above and I'm available for corporate or private in-home sessions as well as online courses and classes.
$100/hour
I have been a massage therpaist for 32 years with a 3 year hiatus. I incorporate many different techniques such as deep tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Cupping, Essential Oils and more. My goal is to relieve pain, reduce stress, and increase movement and flexiblity.
$120/hour
I believe in the power of both whole foods and scientifically-based nutrition to support your health goals. I will work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and needs.
